A very special Napa outing for two to the Center for American Wine, Food & the Arts! Stroll COPIA's beautiful organic gardens with Director of Gardens Colby Eierman, sampling fresh produce as you learn the secrets of this expertly planned landscape. Following your tour, let Executive Chef Victor Scargle guide you through the menu at Julia's Kitchen, with a Chef's Tasting Menu featuring delicious surprises from the kitchen and gardens, as well as expert wire pairings.

Valley Oaks Wine Weekend
A once-in-a-lifetime personal vintners weekend for two in Hopland. Relax in style in your vineyard-view suite at the beautiful Valley Oaks Ranch, home of Fetzer Vineyards. While there, enjoy special VIP tours of the spectacular 5-acre Fetzer organic gardens, the Fetzer Winery, and Bonterra's lovely McNab Ranch vineyards. You'll also be treated to a Creative Crostini seminar; a tasting of new release wines over lunch; and a mixed case of fine organic Bonterra wines to savor at home.

Private Tour of McEvoy Ranch Olive Oil Estate
In the rolling hills west of Petaluma lies Nan McEvoy’s gracious estate, home of one of the finest American olive oils. You and eleven friends will be treated to a private tour of the beautiful grounds and glimpse the production process. In the orchards you’ll learn the about growing and harvesting certified organic olives. Then, you’ll proceed to the frantoio, or olive milling room, to see how McEvoy Ranch extracts its unique oil. The experience will conclude with a sensory evaluation, tasting, and discussion of the culinary uses of fine olive oil. Come see why McEvoy Ranch won Bon Appetit's Food Artisan of the Year Award.

Special Chef’s Menu at Slanted Door
Executive Chef Charles Phan will work with you to create the perfect personalized menu for a complimentary dinner for four at Slanted Door located in the Ferry Building overlooking the San Francisco Bay. This modern Vietnamese restaurant showcases the abundance of organic produce as well as ecologically farmed meat, game and poultry found at small farms around the San Francisco Bay Area. “For the past eight years Charles Phan and his family have fashioned one of the most dynamic menus in the city. Meals are at once authentically Vietnamese and powerfully original.” – SF Chronicle

“Autumn Afternoon” by Paul Buxman
One of California's most respected "open air" painters, Paul Buxman’s work is derived from and depicts Central Valley farm life as he knows it. Spottswoode Tour & Cabernet Vertical
Home to exceptionally elegant, sophisticated and delicious wines, Spottswoode Winery is a hidden gem in St. Helena. Experience rare wines in a private setting, with a tour of this 1884 vineyard managed organically for 20 years by the Novak family and a small dedicated staff. Following the visit, take home a series of Spottswoode’s renowned Cabernet Sauvignons from 1999 through 2002, with advice from the winemakers on how long to resist before pouring them.

Chef’s Tasting Menu for Six at Jardinière
